Agreement to Terms
Welcome to BranchOut Tuscaloosa Tree Service. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking any tree care services with us.
These terms apply to all customers who schedule tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, or any other services we provide in Tuscaloosa, AL and surrounding areas.
Services We Provide
BranchOut Tuscaloosa Tree Service offers professional tree care including tree removal, trimming and pruning, stump grinding, emergency services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub trimming.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine a job is unsafe, violates local regulations, or falls outside our area of expertise. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing may change if we discover additional work is needed once we start the job. We will always discuss any price changes with you before proceeding with extra work.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. After that time, we may need to reassess the job and provide an updated quote.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before starting work.
If payment is not received within 30 days of service completion, we may charge a late fee and pursue collection of the outstanding balance.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
We may need to reschedule due to weather conditions or equipment issues. We will contact you as soon as possible if this happens.
Property Access and Damage
You are responsible for ensuring we have safe access to the work area. This includes removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other items that could be damaged or interfere with our work.
While we take great care to protect your property, some lawn damage may occur from heavy equipment. We will do our best to minimize any impact and will discuss potential risks with you before starting work.
Insurance and Liability
BranchOut Tuscaloosa Tree Service is fully insured and licensed. Our insurance covers damage to your property and injuries that may occur during our work. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues with trees that were not disclosed to us.
You are responsible for ensuring that any structures, utilities, or underground lines are properly marked before we begin work.
Permits and Regulations
Some tree removal projects may require permits from the City of Tuscaloosa or other local authorities. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits unless we have agreed in writing to handle this for you.
We will inform you if we believe a permit is needed, but it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure all local regulations are followed.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any service we provide, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to make it right.
However, we cannot guarantee the health or survival of trees after pruning or treatment, as many factors beyond our control can affect tree health.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
This limitation does not apply to damages caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
